Water pump stopped working but is loud

HI all. I have a 2023 Interstate GL. Every great until today. Turned on pump and it makes constant sound as though it is pumping water. Yet, none of the faucets will produce water and the sound won't stop. Toilet works a little but not too strong. It was cold last night in Virginia, but only dipped to 32 for an hour or two. Warmish now and warmish last night.

Any ideas friends?

Not sure it even needs to be asked, but what the heck...fresh water tank at least 1/3 full?

Could be an airlock. Same thing happened to me. I just decided to go, an when I got to my destination the pump worked. The airlock probably worked itself out. There is probably a way to bleed the system. Maybe someone will tell you how. It’s not happened again. Unfortunately I bought a new pump, because I thought the pump was bad. It’s been working ever since with no further problems.

My guess since your unit is a 2023 it is an airlock.

Ok, "toilet works a little". That suggests that the pump *is* doing something.

Is one of the flush valves still open? Are you getting a big puddle under the RV? Don't ask how I know this can be an issue .

Thank you all for your thoughts. As it turns out, I tried everything again. No improvement. So I shut everything down then heard water running. Looked under and clean water was running underneath the coach all the way in the back.

I have an appointment at Colonial set.

Make sure the low point valves are closed.

I had similar thing happen to my 2017 GT EXT. I was getting it ready for a trip so I was filling tanks and checking everything when I heard and saw water running out the back driver side in the area of the hot water heater. Come to find out one of the plastic elbows above the water heater that takes the potable into the hot water tank had disintegrated with age. it is a real pain to get to but putting a new elbow in solved my problem. I wish you luck finding your problem

Update on leak - it was Timberlane

So, the culprit was the Timberline system. Not sure how, as I haven't picked up the coach yet. But Colonial Airstream told me that was the problem. As a matter of fact, Timberline replaced about two-thirds of the system about a year and a half ago. Not sure if they screwed up or what.
