water pump question

I'm redoing the plumbing in my newly baught airstream. When I use hot water, will the pump pull water all the way to the back where the water heater is? Thanks!

Yes. If you find the pump too noisy, you should consider one of the variable speed ones. We love ours.

Probably not. What size is the suction line, and what type of pump?

The pump should only be pulling water from the tank to the pump , after that it is pushing . If it is working properly it should feed everything including the shower , both hot and cold .

Right. My pump puts out about 40 psi. This gives plenty of water thru the whole coach. Unless "Mister Stupid" forgot to put the plug back in the city water connection.

Don't understand why you want to put the pump back by the water heater. Is it a wiring problem?

Normally the pump would go next to the tank, and push water to the water heater, rather than pull it. Like Ticki2 said.
