Struggling to get hot water....

Hello,

I have a 2023 Interstate 19 Airstream Sprinter. I'm really finding it difficult to get hot water (preferably for really quick showers for my wife and I). I have shared 3 images of my settings, for Truma, Panel, and LP Gas. I'd be very grateful if you could take a look, or provide any guidance as to the appropriate Truma/LP Gas/Water Heater/Panel settings? My wife will not be a happy camper if I can't get heated water!!!

I’m having issues with my ‘21 Classic currently with sporadic hot water. Noticed you said you have a Truma system. Not sure if it is anything like my Alde, but when we have issues we confirm we have the Propane prioritized, if that’s an option. If anything, this will bump up your question.
