Hot water heater issue on Bambi

Hi Airstreamers

This is my first attempt at a question so here goes: any ideas why water would only be warm? Propane is fine and I hear water heater run so can’t figure out how to get water hotter. I could use a hot shower right now. Thanks so much for any ideas. Sent the AS dealership an email about it but no reply.

Many many threads on cool and lukewarm water. Far and away the most common issue is a plugged or non-functional mixing valve. You can measure or estimate water temperature in the tank. If it is good then the valve is a good guess as the issue. You can remove the valve and clean it with vinegar. Second issue is plugging at the faucets in question.
