Hot Water Heater Electric Issue
My HWH just started a behavior that I don't understand. It is in storage and just started the problem. When plugged into AC power, the coach gets about 60V power. When I turn off the HWH 120V breaker, the coach voltage jumps to 120V. The wall plug is delivering 120V.

It is a 2011 30' Classic. Any thoughts? Perhaps bad AC heating element?

An update on the problem. We are on the road and staying at places with 50 amp hookups and no problem. At the first stop no change in coach voltage when the HWH circuit breaker was turned on/off. HWH working perfectly on electricity on trip.
