Check on work done at Jackson Ctr!

We bought a 2007 fb Anniversary Edition Safari used very little. The previous owner had it completely serviced at Jackson Ctr prior to our purchase - saw invoice. Opon camping two times we noticed some serious problems actually caused by manufacturer - firstly gas monitor was wired wrong and wouldn't go off - secondly - the monitor system for holding tanks were reversed - gray was fresh, fresh was gray! So much for workmanship! Despite our disgust - we love the airstream and have just learned - go over everything yourself carefully!

Our experience at JC has been the opposite. Lucy has been there twice. Both times the work was done correctly and professionally. On the other hand, our experience with several Airstream dealers was not good. The worst one was that one dealer took Lucy's Hensley apart to move her and didn't know how to put it back together. They also left the bakes totally unadjusted after greasing the hubs.

I'd heard they fired that guy, he thought everything was funny. Plus, he violated the dress code.

We just had a lot of warranty items taken care of in Jackson Ctr...Great work by great people. Can't recommend highly enough. ON ANOTHER ITEM ..I need instructions on attaching our WBCCI Numbers/logo to our Flying Cloud. Are there Club "rules" as to placement, etc.

Thanks, Jack

First off, welcome to the Forums. We're glad to have you with us.

As to your WBCCI red numbers, they are traditionally placed above the trailer window centered of the front and the back of the trailer. I don't know if there are any hard and fast club rules, per se. I do believe that the club logo is supposed to be above the numbers.

Here is a photo of Lucy's numbers. The smaller blue numbers are our Air Forums number.
