Atwood water heater won't light 89 excella

My light comes on when i flip the switch but nothing else happens. I've cleaned all connections this worked once before but not this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to the forums.

Since your water heater has a switch, it also needs 12 volts DC (battery or converter power). It will also need either gas in the propane tanks or 120 volts AC to heat the water.

Is there gas in the tanks? Is your Excella hooked up to 120 vac?

It's hooked up to 120v and i have about a half tank of gas. Just the other day i fixed the diffuser on the end of the burner tube flipped the switch and it fired right up. So i moved on to the next issue which was the water pump, got the pump going and was going to run some hot water through the system, flipped the switch and nothing but the light came on
