Atwood Hot Water Heater No Electric - troubleshooting help?

2017 FC23FB Atwood HW heater situation:
Works on propane; stopped working on recent trip when using electric from pedestal.
With 120VAC on; confirmed voltage at breaker - not tripped;GFI not tripped.
With 120VAC off; 12VDC on and bathroom switch for electric heat on (red flicker then off like normal):
1. Checked electrical heating element - about 11 ohms
2. Checked continuity on ECO and T-Stat with - good - thermostats closed
3. Checked DC voltage to heating element relay - good about 12VDC.
4. Checked power to heating element relay continuity when energized: switch opens and closes when energized
5. Pulled apart 120VAC tape/wire nuts at relay and redid...still suspect?
6. Need to check wire connection at breaker for hot and/or neutral...loose?
Need to get to put 120VAC back on - to further test....any further suggestions on what I might be missing?

Can you post the model number of heater itself?

Sounds like you have a meter. Have you checked for 120VAC on heating element terminals with switch on for electric heating?

Thanks....That will be my next step when I get plugged back in to 120VAC.... I am guessing it’s either going to be at the breaker or the wire nuts?
