We stored both the sewer and fresh water equipment in two separate plastic boxes in the back of the truck.
Someone commented that some counties are requiring sewer hoses be off the ground, but the support systems often are too short to get from the RV to the CG drain. I don’t know why the hoses should be elevated—maybe to see leaks sooner. Since the accordion supports taper down, putting two together would be more like a roller coaster for sewage.

I'm considering ditching the accordion support system because it's the one part that doesn't fit in the rear bumper or the tube. I don't like putting it in the front compartment with other items like the power cable, wheel/tire chocks, etc. I'm accessing regularly without gloves/sanitary protection. Maybe I can get by without the accordion. To be honest, I never really tested whether it was helpful/necessary. Just assumed it was.

I’m just curious where people store their 50 amp cord if they use the back compartment for sewer items? That cord is not fun to put away even on a cool morning, let alone a cold morning.

I have a 2023 FC 27FBT so there is outside storage which is directly behind the LP tanks. I serpentine my 50A cord into that storage and it works well. Just put one end (with surge suppressor still connected if you use one) as far to one side as you can and push it in along the back wall till it meets the other end, let it circle around and continue to the first end. Keep doing this till it is all in.
As far as the tube underneath being used for the stinky slinky, the end cap is impossible to get on properly and keep it on. Have actually lost two hoses along the highway. Embarrassing when someone pulls up beside you to let you know there is something hanging out from underneath your trailer. The “pinch grip” is difficult and I have actually replaced a similar Valterra pinch grip cover on my dump valve with an aftermarket cover with a handle also made by Valterra. Not sure why Airstream doesn’t provide these as standard. As far as dump hose storage I put my hose in a large outdoor garbage bag and store it in a Craftsman storage bin along with accessories and a black tank clean out hose. This is stored in the bed of my truck. The accordion device used to elevate the hose is in a ventilated plastic rectangular storage bag that I purchased from
Camco when I bought the accordion device.

No bumper on a 2019 Sport 22. This has vastly improved my life! This, and adding a longer underneath hose carrier that opens on both sides! Airstream thought it was a good idea to have the access to the hose carrier on the opposite side of the trailer from the valves ... for some reason. They only had the hose carrier in white ... I would have preferred black.

Our last two Airstreams had these underbelly tubes. So perfect. Anything dirty never gets near anything else. The hose and elbow fit and the caps lock.
Ours is more like this https://www.amazon.com/Valterra-Adju...1NA0K9YR&psc=1
but these are even better - just buy 6" pvc pipe cut to length you need https://www.amazon.com/Conduit-Carri...0C6L44BGN&th=1

8. the accordion hose support... oh, wait, I only wish that would fit there.
Nothing else gets stored in the bumper. I use a two step ladder to reach and unlock/lock the awning as the tool is harder to use and store.

I would add I personally have hesitation to putting the stuff into a plastic bag. I think it helps for it to have some air circulating around, even if a wee bit in the compartment. To wit, when I open the tube under the trailer to get the hose, it reeks....bad...like borderline gagging reeks. And I always flush it before storage. The bumper stuff never smells bad.
Our awning tool hangs just inside the door on one of the metal hooks Airstream includes.

I also put the accordion support in a plastic box—an old cat food box—to keep it away from less dirty stuff and keep it from being banged around. That also went in the back of the truck.
Now that I have had 3 RV's, it is clear that what I have always heard is true—Airstreams don't have much storage. Thus the tow vehicle is necessary for storage and if you use an SUV or a car, nasty items have to find a place in the trailer (or the old cartoon solution—a clothespin on your nose).

Good point! I should add I do not put a lid on my bucket. I leave it open. No smell.

Bumper. Easiest to open and reach when landing.
