What model toilet in 2016 16J Sport?

The toilet in my 2016 Airstream, a 16J Bambi Sport, won't hold water in the bowl.

If I leave some water in the bowl, to help seal out the odors from the tank below, the water leaks out in less than a day.

I assume I need to change the waste-ball seal.

But first, I need to determine what model Thetford toilet I'm dealing with.

Owner's manual doesn't say, nor does the owner's manual for the toilet (it is sketch and covers a variety of models).

Would anyone know what model toilet this might be (I tried to attach a photo, we'll see if it appears), and any guidance on where I could buy a new seal?

I hope the seal replacement is not an, uh, entertaining experience.

The materials you received when you bought your rig should tell you something, if I recall correctly....isn't there a printed out list identifying verything within?

Just checked the list ... all it says is "ceramic toilet."

There appears to be some info on the back of the toilet base ... I might be able to wrench around and get a clear view ... if I were a ferret ...
