Toilet Removal?

Does anyone know how to properly remove a toilet in a 1976 Airstream Overlander? There seems to a bolt inside of the toilet's plastic casing that is impossible to reach. Thanks.

You'll need a 1/2" socket (long) and an extension. I use 3'8" drive. Remove the plug at the upper back and go in from the top.
