Toilet Flange

Doing a flooring replacement in the bath of our 1994 Excella, and would like to rotate the toilet about 25 degrees and install a riser. How is the toilet flange attached to the black tank? Is it screwed in or glued? I have removed all the screws that anchor to the floor, but have not tried to rotate the flange. Thank you for any and all advice. Chris

Mine is slip fit into the tank top and clamped at the neck. My toilet is on a wooded pedestal with a removable panel in the front. Access is easy. I had to change my flange after it broke from one to many pull and reseat jobs.

Tried to pry it around by putting a bar between the bolts, but no luck. I carefully tapped it counter clockwise with a punch and hammer on the side of the flange where the bolts attach. Got lucky and it moved slowly to where I wanted it. Project completed!!!
