tank sensors

Whilst trying to repair a leak in the tank outlet valve I noticed the tanks (at lest the black water) are wired for sensors, unless the wiring is for something else.
My question would be where do they terminate?
I have a 28ft Mid bath Argosy, 1975/6 (vin is '76 year of manufacture is '75, apparently)

Thanks

Bex

the wires will go back to your monitor panel which has tank level guages. Mine went up through the floor into a closet and then up in to the walls to travel up to the monitor panel.

My unit has no monitor panel, just a breaker box, would it be next to that?

Bex,

I wouldn't worry about those sensors too much. They are almost guaranteed to not work.

Even the newer trailers, which use a much more sophisticated way of sensing, are famous for sensor problems.

Two things that are guaranteed to show your tank condition: a flashlight down the toilet for the black tank, and if you see water in the shower, they grey tank is full.

You're on your own for the fresh water tank

Thanks for the posts.
I was curious, thats all. Nice to know where stuff is, even if not intending to use it.
