Sewer Valve outside

I have the floor in my rear bath torn out for replacement, has anyone ever tried to relocate there valve and hose connector to the bottom side of the trailer instead of through the bumper, like newer trailers have?

I've installed the water inlet in the side of the trailer, a'la the newer ones. Many of the trailers the same age as yours that have had a grey tank retrofitted have the drain for the grey tank located more amidships, but do require some creative plumbing to get the black tank drain to dump in the same spot.
