Scotch Weld DP8005 ?

Has anyone tried Scotch Weld DP8005 two part adhesive for repair of plastic waste (and water) tanks? They seem to have great calims that it willwork for these types of repairs.

I am going to try an repair my tanks due to high cost of replacement

I have a 71 31' land yatcht with leaky water tanks; after some research, and lots of talking I am pretty convinced the way to repair these tanks is with a high temp glue gun using the best glue sticks available (not hobbist glue); this info after talking to numerous RV shops with service centers.
