Pump out alternatives for long-term boondocking

I'm planning to park my trailer in the participants' campground for a festival that runs for seven consecutive weekends. Due to the tight parking and strong possibility of mud, pulling the trailer out to dump tanks isn't practicable. There are no dump facilities on site, other than a commercial pumping service that charges astronomical rates. Regulations on wastewater dumping at this site are strict and are enforced to the point where no outdoor showers are permitted.

I'm thinking of setting up a macerator pump on the traylah and putting a ~100 gallon holding tank in the pickup bed, probably employing a couple of scrap 55 gallon drums. I'm currently thinking I'll only need to haul graywater. Some questions:

1) Anyone done something like this?
2) Portable pump or one permanently mounted to the trailer and plumbed in? Or mounted to the truck and use suction?
3) Any convenient place to pull enough 12V to run the pump?

Flojet makes a sewer pump which attaches to your dump pipe... pumps it out via a garden hose.
