need new black water tank

we need to replace the black water tank on our 69 Caravel, under 10 gal. Any suggestions on where to purchase one? Seems there are numerous ones out there and big price differences. Is there someting we should be wary of?

thank you!!!
Krista

(i did search the forum and found one reference for Inland RV, but when I checker the site, didn't see our year listed)

Krista:

AMERIKRAFT is a very large manufacturer of RV and other blow-molded tanks with 3 or 4 plants in various parts of your country.

I bought my tanks directly from them. You will pay around $100.00 for what RV dealers charge $250.00 for.

There are custom made manufactures around (more like $500.00) but you will find that Amerikraft has so many sizes available that you will not need that.

I’m not at home now but if you are interested you can PM me. I can send you the name and phone number for the lady that helped me there.

Thanks again Sergei!
I'll look them up right now. That's what I was hoping to pay.

It looks like we are in for a custom built tank. The old one conformed to the curve of the trailer and looked like a quarter circle, does nayone know anything about this style??
