Looking for black tank advice

We recently purchased our 2007 25’ Classic. We can’t figure out what the black valve in the picture is? We are assuming that the inlet with the green hose attached is the black tank flush, yes?
Thanks, Jackie

The brass spigot with the black knob is a water spigot where you can access water from outside the trailer. It works from either city water or from the fresh water tank via the electric pump. Handy if you're boondocking and need to use a garden hose for something.
