Leaks from Black/Gray Tank Piping

Hello Everyone.

Just returned from camping in our 28’ International this week and noticed 2 leaks. Both the black and gray tank are leaking from the end of the tank where the piping leads to the main dump valve attachment. My questions are:

1) Can I just remove the dump valving assembly and piping and repair where the pipes join the tanks? I’m assuming it can be as simple as re-sealing these joints.. but I just haven’t done it ever.

2) If I need to replace the entire dump assembly, where can I find that part? I’ve been unable to track down the correct part..

I’m assuming that road vibration has weakened the seals on this piping, but if anyone has any input I’d appreciate it!

And if anyone has done this, any advice for the process?

I’ve attached a few pics highlighting where the two leaks are. The third is the image of the main dump assembly that joins the black/gray tank.

It looks like the leak is at a adapter at the tank neck. It also looks like the adapter is held in my a clamp. My guess is you need to loosen the clamp, pull the adapter out of the tank neck, clean everything, apply some sealant and reasssemble.

Is that a hose clamp? Is it securing a rubber adapter?
Those are used a lot to join different size pipes in homes, not all bad since it should provide some flex to the pipes. But I'd start there. Easily available at the big box stores.

The parts manual should show an exploded view of the drain system. I have no idea what the rusty adapter is.
