Leaking Fresh water tank

My 2011 27FB has sprung a small leak in the fresh water tank, right where a pipe fitting enters it. What’s the best way to seal the small pinhole?

The tank is made of HDPE, and there isn't very much that will stick to that. There have been a few threads that discuss the various glues/sealants that might stick, and I recall someone swearing by one. Search for terms like "plastic weld tank" or "repair tank" and your should find some good hits.

Since it looks like your spun-on fitting has cracked, the best way to fix it would probably to cut it off, and spin a new fitting on in its place. This would probably require removing the entire tank, though, so you may want to exhaust all possibilities with sealants and glues first.

good luck!
