How difficult is it to install a Dometic 320?

We have a 2019 25 Flying Cloud FBT, love the trailer but hate the little round bowl on my Dometic 310 toilet - I suspect most guys understand....
It looks like the Dometic 320 which comes with an elongated bowl is the perfect replacement - how hard is it to swap these out? Ive got average mechanical skills - or should I have it done at the dealership?
Any experience or feedback would be welcome! Thanks!

It's a great toilet - be sure to get one with the hand sprayer attachment. To remove the old toilet just disconnect the water line and undo the two hold down bolts. Then it just lifts up and out. You'll need 10½" of clearance behind the centerline of the two hold down bolts. The toilet swap was a half hour job for me too.

Once I confirmed that the toilet would fit I got to thinking about future maintenance needs and cut off the clamp holding the hose to the toilet's water valve and replaced what I cut off with a normal hose clamp. That way if the valve ever needs to be replaced I can more easily get the old one off.

Here’s my blog post on our install in our 23D. Only thing to make sure of is that you have enough wall clearance.
