Holding tanks built in

I have a friend who was recently looking at at 71 23" Safari Land Yacht. Would these units have the holding tanks or would you have to have the portable ones? How do you determine when the holding tanks were built in?

There is a black water tank under the toilet, Gray water exits from below, if there have been no upgrades.

From 74 on they installed 2 tanks.

Some (very few) International models had grey tanks in 1973. I have only seen two.
