Grey Tank leaking on 2007 Safari

After a real cold night last year, I have noticed a leak from the grey water tank. It is worse when full and really noticeably worse when using the shower. It runs out along the curb side over the valves and area along underpinning. We had tank heaters on during the cold weather. However the bathroom door was closed and I think something might have frozen in the shower area. How do I get under shower to check lines?

It looks like a corner shower for the '07 23' SE. While there may be a little observation possible through the rear hatch area, my guess is you'll need to drop the belly pan under the shower to access the drain line underneath the shower pan.
