grey/black showing 0?

we just got a brand spanking new BC20x - at the dealer they showed me the tank at 85 (fresh water) - saturday night I camped out at a campground, did some showering, toilet, sink, etc - both the grey and black tanks are still showing 0

is there something wrong with those sensors or does it not pick anything up until its half full or something?

Hi

The typical sensors take a while to come off zero. The scale is much more sensitive towards the "full" end of the range.
