Extra 67 tradewind blackwater tank, gray water tank

I have a 67 tradewind I am converting to a commercial kitchen. I have removed the subfloor and pulled out the blackwater tank. The tank is not cracked and holds water, but the flange connecting to the effluent pipe running outside pulled away from the fiberglass. It can be fixed with a new flange and applying more fiberglass if you are handy.

I am willing to part with this and the gray water tank which is also in good condition. I would rather trade for parts than sell it-- I need:

Custom Bargman Door Handle (the long one),

A matching rim (wheel) with clips

Window hardware

Jack crank handle or working jack motor
I am in New Braunfels, TX, but travel frequently around Texas-- I can also ship--
