Confused about sewer adapter sizes

We have an Airstream Interstate, with the Clean Dump macerator system. It came with two adapters, a small one sized to a home sewer takeout, and a 4 inch one that fits most RV parks. The keyword is "most". Some parks have threaded sewer ports just a bit (1/2 inch?) smaller than our adapter. I wonder if I am missing a part from the macerator system, or is there some other adapter I need to buy? See photos below, from Cherry Creek park in Denver. (Don't get grossed out by the color, the area had a lot of dark mud.)

The elbow comes apart, and you may be able to fit it on what you have.
