Apologies since I'm sure this answered somewhere, but I can't come up with the right search keywords to find it.
I've got a small spot rusted out and dripping from a tank under our newly acquired motorhome.
It's at the very rear on the passenger side. I'm not sure if the rusted metal is the tank itself or a metal casing for an internal component that's leaking?
Hey, I would post this in the Classic Motorhome section, as that where all us M/H reprobates hang out...
Are you talking about the gas tank or the storage/waste tanks?

My 1990 345LE, P-30, 454 has an air reservoir tank for the rear suspension and air horns but it's located behind the drive axle. On mine you can easily spot this tank by looking between the drive/tag wheels.
Not sure if A/S mounted this tank elsewhere on others.
I've heard of that tank getting rusted, and dripping water, from failing to drain the condensation.
You can follow the air lines from your tank to be sure if this is the tank you're talking about.
