Changing black tank to grey tank in 72 Overlander

I'm gut renovating a 72 Overlander and currently have all plumbing out, and have completely removed the black tank. I'll be using a composting toilet and want nothing to do with a waste tank, but since I have the black tank and that space for it in the frame, I was thinking about making it my grey tank. Ever heard of anyone doing this? Is it as relatively straightforward as I imagine it would be? I'm just going for as simple of a plumbing setup as possible, as I'll be boondocking 95% of the time and this is my first foray into plumbing anything. Tips, suggestions?

Just saw another recent thread that asked the same thing and I believe I have my answer. Yes, it's totally doable. I'd delete this thread but I can't figure out how to do it. Oh well. If you come here and have any other plumbing tips, fire away!
