The original was a Thetford, though it could have been changed over the years. I suggest looking at it before ordering a new one. You may need a tank adapter too.
The adapter is a piece that "adapts" the valve to the tank. They're notorious for cracking and leaking. Last year, I replaced what I thought was a leaking valve and ended up being a cracked & leaking adapter. I still replaced both while I had it all torn apart.
Thanks for the advice. I'm taking a small, educated gamble now. I've ordered a Thetford seal kit and new slip- in flange (adapter). If I'm wrong I'll be shipping back for a new and costlier valve assy. Vintage Trailer Supply is awesome for parts at a reasonable cost and fast to ship.
