Black Water Tank Flush-Install

Has anyone ever installed a black water flush on a newer (1999) Safari? Any tips, instructions, etc. would help.

I'm not sure I even know where the black water tank is. I have two large plastic tanks on the bottom of the coach behind the axles and assume that they are the fresh and grey tanks.

I have the "No-Fuss Flush" kit from Camping World that I would like to get installed soon. The nearest A/S dealer is 3 1/2 hours round trip. Any advice?
