Black Tank Valve will not close completely

After emptying my Black Tank, the valve will not close completely, making a "tweeting sound". The light stays on, which prevents me from opening the Grey Tank. I have a full Grey Tank, which renders my Atlas unusable until I get it resolved.

Do you have a black tank flush?
If so you could try that with valve open or dump a bucket (few gallons) of water down the toilet with valve open. This might clear whatever is blocking valve.

After trying everything I could think of to dislodge whatever I thought was stuck in my Black Tank Valve, I gave up and called for roadside assistance. The service technician went underneath and adjusted the linkage from the motor to the valve. Problem solved.
