Belly pan leak after using macerator pump

We are full time work campers and have been in our site for six weeks. We have been using a macerator with a hose connected to it that is 65 feet long. For the last week our belly pan has been leaking every time we empty either black or gray tanks. We also get a sewage smell inside the camper that goes away in about an hour with fans on. We have called Jackson Center and a local Airstream dealer and no one can even look at it for months. We are not really sure what is going on but are concerned that our belly pan is holding sewage.
Has anyone ever had this problem? Were you able to repair it yourself?
