Belly Pan Leak

When I was dumping, I noticed a leak from the belly near the waste outlet. I ran a scope into the pan and as far as I can tell, the leak is coming from one of the fittings between the tank and the outlet. Does anyone have any suggestions for how to fix it without dropping the whole pan?

Cut a hole in the pan, then put on a cover plate. That is how my genuine AS owners manual says to service the dump valves.

Well, with your new Airstream I would consider letting the dealer repair the leak under warranty. I find it difficult to understand why Airstream did not provide an access panel to service the dump valves when we all know they can be troublesome.

My 1986 Limited had a removable housing around the dump valves allowing me access to replace them. But I did have to unbolt the tank pan to gain full access to the tank connections.

We're full timers and the last time I left my old Nest with a dealer for warranty work on a leak, it took 4 months - unfortunately, warranty work isn't really an option unless it's something catastrophic or expensive

Yes...I do'd it that way.
On ours the factory overtightened a flange clamp, it gave up & cracked...dripdripdrip.
