If the 66 is like the 68 it is not a terrible job IF, the galvanized box and supports are all intact. The toilet must be removed, flange unscrewed, and vent stack cut, and the grey water drain line removed. The belly pan under the tank must be removed and it can be lowered. I would certainly install a new dump valve while I had apart. I chose to go with the OEM style tank from Inland and the Thedford valve and adaptor. By doing that I could use all the old drain lines. I have no idea how many hours it would take if you hire someone. I had to built the galvanized box and do some welding to the supports tabs.
