2015 Sport Black tank waste flange/collar leaking

Hello,

I have a 2015 Sport which has a leak at the collar of the which connects to the black PVC elbow. I've attached a couple of pictures which show that the white pvc collar that connects to the base of the black tank has a crack in it where the strap holds it to the black pvc elbow.

Is this a DIY project or does the whole tank need to be replaced. I'm not sure how the white pvc flange is attached to the black tank.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I thought I would post my fix to my original post. I used a 3 in x 3 in PVC DWV Mechanical Flexible Coupling which I brought at HomeDepot. I had to cut the coupling down to 2 1/4 inches using my band-saw. I then soaked the coupling in HOT water for several minutes to make it more flexible. After soaking it, I was easily able to slide the coupling over the black elbow pipe first then up over the white black tank collar.
