1990 Excella Holding tanks

The gray water tank valve is leaking slightly on my 1990 32' Excella 1000. Thought if I was going to work on one valva, I might as well work on both. Can I/Should I replace or repair the valves. Does anyone have any experience with this issue. Thanks
