1990 Excella 1000 Tanks

I have a 32' 1990 Excella 1000. I need to replace the valves on both holding tanks as one leaks a little and while I am in there I might as well in there do both. Does anyone have experience with this particular model? Is the underbelly removeable with bolts or will I have to cut the metal and make an opening? How about the valves. Are they removeable or will they have to be cut out and new ones glued in place? Thanks.
