1989 excella holding tank capacity

We bought a 1989 excella with the center side bath -- and I can't find anything in the manual that came with it about what the holding tank capacities are (black, gray, or fresh water). Does anyone know? We've been semi-living in the trailer in our own driveway since we got back from a holiday trip on 12/29, have been very conservative with our waste water (no showers, using minimal water to flush, and just washing some dishes in the trailer, going into the house to do a lot of it). It seems that our sensor system isn't working correctly -- all waste tanks show empty, but when I look into the toilet tank through the toilet, I can see the level of liquid in there, so it must be getting full. I'm assuming we need to go dump, but without the sensor working right, I have no idea how much we can hold in the first place.

Also, has anyone ever tried upgrading to a larger tank? Can it be done and is it really expensive? Thanks!

Get this confirmed, but I believe both the grey and black tanks are in the 30 gallon each range.

From page I-1

Water tank 50 Gal

Black tank 30 Gal

Grey tank 35 Gal

The tank sizes are the same for the 1989 - 34, 32, 29 and 25.

Welcome! Yes the above capacities are correct-one of the great features of the Excella's-big tanks!
No surprise that the sensors don't work...I miss ours...

pix please!
