Where do these water pipes go?

The water hose bib that enters my 34’ splits into 2 pipes one heads towards the washroom and toilet the other appears to cross to the other side of the trailer.

Does any one know where these two pipes end up?

I would like to install a filter system, drawing all the water from the fresh water holding tank with the 12Vdc pump, at the same time the fresh water supply would only go to the holding tank and not to any other part of the trailer.

Not real clear what you're looking at, but I would think it might be your cold water inlet to the water heater.
