What Piece Would Go Here?

Attached is an image of two holes near the door of our Airstream. We believe a city water inlet and a black water drain was placed there, but it almost looks like it was two inlets in one actual piece (based off of where the holes are for rivets). Does anyone know what exact piece/pieces went there / any suggestions on what we should do? We only need a city water inlet.

70's city water inlet were typically located near the rear bumper on the street side. The holes in the picture look like the in and out for the furnace.

Just looked up the owners manual and you are so right!

Suburban furnace combustion air in, and exhaust outlet. Should have a outside chrome fitting, that looks like somebody removed. Is the furnace still in the trailer? It should be right under the stove.

The early '70 furnaces had a recall for cracked plenium chamber. Think CO and death. Make sure yours is not one of them. I watch the FD and EMS drag two adults and a baby out of an Airstream about 5 a.m. one cold morning.
