Water Flow
I recently purchased a 2019 Flying Cloud 23FB. The water flow in both the kitchen and bathroom faucets is about .5 gpm. The shower is about .75 gpm (with the wand removed). It is very similar with city water (about 30 psi) and with the water pump. This is my first RV but this seems really low. The RV was used very little by the previous owner. Is it low? If yes, how would I troubleshoot this?

First do the easy thing. Remove and clean the screens on the kitchen and bath taps.

OP could also remove the sediment trap off the water pump, there may be debris in it.

Water Flow
Thanks of the suggestions.....Does anybody know what the "aerator" in the kitchen sink is in the 2019 Flying Cloud? It is not the usual aerator like most faucets and it looks to require some type of special tool to remove it. I can try to take a picture tomorrow and post it if people need a photo to see my "problem" with removing it. I will take the one off the bathroom sink tomorrow and clean it and I will remove and clean the "strainer/filter" on the water pump tomorrow but, unless city water also flows through this "strainer/filter", I am not optimistic that this is the underlying issue.

Water Flow
I did get both of the faucet aerator/strainers off. Sand in both. Flow is now about 1.5 gpm with the pump running and about 1.25 w/o the pump. Some better without the aerator/strainers but they are a necessary device. My city pressure is about 35 psi. My understanding is that the pressure with the pump running is about 60 psi. I am satisfied with 1.5 gpm. Thanks.
I am buying an inline filter and PRV for the city connection.

Barry We have the same model 2016 FC. Water flow has always been the same and never high pressure. I replaced the water pump, ug what a miserable job, and cleaned the screen. That helped but not much. Same pressure no matter what campgrounds we’re at.

Might try installing a Shurflo Accumulator Tank downstream of your water pump. It will even out the variable pressure surges caused by the pump. Installed mine under the bathroom sink of my 23' FB. Aerators will need frequent clean out too. Lots of junk accumulates in RV freshwater systems.

Our 2019 International 30' has a quick connect filter under the sink from the water line to the faucet assembly. This is also a flow restrictor, and it was the lowest gpm available. I replaced it with a higher gpm filter. That helps some.
With low flow at all faucets, your mixing valve on the water heater is likely plugged up with sediment. This will happen unless you flush your hot water tank very well after winterizing. It may happen anyway. Plenty of discussion on this site regarding the mixing valve issue. On my model I have to remove the dinette bench to access and clean the valve.
