third white water valve?

Underneath our 2011 International 23FB there are three valves together. Two are brass, the fresh water drains. One is white plastic. Can someone remind me what it is? I also don't know which position is open. Thanks!

Brass is low point line drain. PVC (plastic) is tank drain. Push back to close, toward you is open.
