This is some damn cool stuff, sub'ing this thread for some summertime reading! Short term I won't be doing this kind of thing, but if I end up holding onto my AS this is exactly the kind of modern upgrade I would want to do!

I was hoping there would be an easy way to install the new sensors. Guess not.

The easiest sensors to install are the visual ones. When the shower pan won't drain, or the toilet won't rinse, time to dump the tanks. Who needs all this electronic gear? It just leads to the wife pushing buttons and declaring I have to go out in the rain to dump the tanks instead of getting ready for bed. Pooba! The calibration is probably bad anyway and there was plenty of volume left in the tanks for the night. Pooba!

David

PS I do admire Zep for his high level of electronic skills demonstrated in this thread.

The cat litter box lives in the shower. Makes a bit of a mess when the gray water tank over flows. It would be nice to catch it before that happens.
