Plumbing problem

I just found a major source of my problems!! My 78 Excella 500 (Center Bath) has a burst copper pipe. The copper tubing is burst right before it runs under the wardrobe/microwave cabinet. I can't figure out how I'm going to replace this piece of tubing, because I can't get to it. Any ideas from similar type fixes. Should I try taking out the microwave cabinet to hopefully get under the floor and expose the tubing?

Does anyone know of anyone in the Philadelphia/South Jersey area that works on Airstreams?
