Petcocks?

I have a new to me 2007 25 Classic. I see the white plastic drain valve on the side of the fresh water tank but wondered what the two petcocks are for on the bottom of the tank. Not sure why the photos are sideways. Thx for your help.

Petcocks are the low point water drains, hot and cold. Used to help winterize or drain water system.
