Question No water in kitchen faucet

2015 Flying Cloud 27FB-just dewinterized(I used antifreeze to winterize) and found no water comes out of kitchen faucet or spray. All other faucets work great.Valves under sink are open. Talked to Moen and they suggested replacing the cartridge which I just did. Still no water. Any ideas?

Most likely crud in the faucet. Should be a strainer in the faucet and in the spray unit that you can access by unscrewing the nozzles. I have to do that every year. Sometimes I have to replace the shower head because the ones I use do not come apart.

If no water from either faucet or sprayer, there is a 'supply' problem.. try loosening the cold water side fitting and turn on water pump. Watch for leak.. If water is moving, then the problem is in the valve.
Peace and Blessings..

Two stage external water filters will help greatly with that. First stage is a sediment filter. Second stage is charcoal with stuff for lead, cysts, bacteria, etc. rv water filter store dot com is where I got mine, after my shower handle got so messed up it wouldn't turn.
