No Water Coming out of Faucets

I have worked off and on for two days to figure this issue out on my 25 ' 1993 Excella. The water pump works but I cannot get the water to flow normally out of the kitchen faucet. The bath faucet seems to push air.

This pic shows a filter that had a crack in it. It is beside the water pump. I ordered a new one, but glued this up so I could run water. I see water sputtering inside the filter. COuld that be the issue or am I missing a valve that sends water to the bath and kitchen faucets?

Note in this pic that the left faucet shoots a steady stream with or without the water pump on.

Not sure if that indicates a problem elsewhere. Thanks in advance.

First, the last photo shows the hot water by pass valve open (vertical) and it should be closed (horizontal). It is only to be opened when you are by passing the water heater for winterizing. It is the valve on the vertical pipe between the top and bottom horizontal pipes.

Second, the cracked and repaired strainer (first photo) I am sure is still leaking air, and that will only be solved with a new one.

Third, most likely the strainers in the kitchen faucet are clogged, allowing no water through. Always remove and clean the faucet aerator screens when you have no water flow.

Your kitchen aerator is clogged with sediment. Take it off, clean, and/or replace. This is to reinforce what Idroba said. You should clean all aerators every year.

The cracked filter will allow air into the system and reduce the water flow. Fix that and set the bypass valve, center one, to horizontal.
The valve handles indicate flow or off.
