Low water pressure in bathroom sink

Yesterday I started "summerizing" my 2010 22ft Sport. I bought it new so this is the ninth time I have gone through the process, and pretty much know my way around it. All of the water lines, pump and freshwater tank have been flushed, the hot water tank is clean, full and working perfectly. All of the valves are in the summer position.

In the bathroom sink, the hot water is hot, but it has very little pressure. The shower hot water is perfect. I have cleaned the little screen gizmo in the faucet opening, but there is still little hot water pressure, whether on city water, or pumping on board water.

Is it safe to assume that something is partially blocking the hot water line to the sink? Would that be an easy fix?

Your thoughts are apprciated!

I would suppose one of the valves is partially plugged; either the faucet or the block valve under the sink.

Pull the cartridge out of the bathroom tap and clean or replace. Make sure that you turn off the pump and or shut off city water first. It will probably show you how in your manual, or "youtube" is your best friend. Not a big job!!
