Help with de-winterizing

I have a 1974 Tradewind and I'm not sure what at position to place all the water valves for use. I have added as many pictures of the plumbing as I can with the hopes than some experienced help may be fortcoming. Also, how do I fill the water heater tank? I don't have the repair manual and the owner's manual that came with it had gotten wet an most of the pages are stuck together or unreadable. Anybody got any ideas? The last 2 pictures are under the bathroom sink. Does anyone know what the valve behing the black pipe in the last pictuere is?

That's a pressure relief valve in the back of your last picture.

Dewinterize? One step at a time I'd say. You may see water draining out the bottom of the trailer if you put water in the tank -- there should be a valve to close at that location. The water pump probably is controlled by an electronic switch. It is a small rocker switch on the sidewall in the galley area of my '74 Argosy. Does your water pump supply cold water to the tap?

Hot water heater? Is there a valve on the supply side and output side? Is there a 3rd valve between the supply and output lines? Close that last one and open the first two. Open a hot water tap and if the pump runs and water comes out the tap eventually you can consider your HW heater to have filled.

"de-winterizing"...depends on how it was winterized. if the lines were simply drained, or blown out w/ air, all you gotta do is close the drain valves. If antifreeze was pumped in, you have to flush all the pipes. If antifreeze was added by pouring it into the fresh water tank, and pumping it through the lines...you need to flush out the fresh tank. (real pain in the ....).
