Front Holding Tank Leak

My husband and I have just recently been given a 1969 31' Airstream International. It is in excellent condition but has a leak in the neck of the front holding tank. My husband has removed the extention,( which is a radiator hose with hose clamps), that goes from the tank neck up and out of the trailer and found that there is a crack at the bottom of the neck. We think it has been repaired before. My question is could he use "Eternabond" to repair it? It is a small crack. If there is any other product that is available at local stores that would work I would appreciate your info. I really don't want to order anything as we want to take a small trip next week and wanted to get it fixed this week. I live in Midwest Wyoming and have access to Casper Wyoming Home Depot, a local RV repair store, and all the other standard shopping stores such as Walmart, Target, KMart, etc. Thanks everyone for any help.
